This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Compliance Professionals Plc regarding the use of our services and supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
